Ashok Nagar

Ashok joined the UnisLink family as Head of India Operations in December of 2024 and operates from Hyderabad, India, the primary offshore delivery center. He brings 30+ years of experience in the Outsourcing and Offshoring business and deep expertise in HR outsourcing and healthcare-related services.

In his previous role at IKS Health, he served as Vice President, overseeing end-to-end delivery of large enterprise accounts. Over the years, Ashok has honed his leadership skills working with renowned organizations, like AGS Health, Wipro, and Aon-Hewitt, gaining extensive experience in areas such as Revenue Cycle Management, Payer Operations (Claim adjudication to Provider services), and US Pension and Health Management. He has managed large operating teams across India, the Philippines, the US, and Mexico as Global Delivery Head.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Delhi University, India, and earned his Post-Graduate Diploma in Computer applications in 1993. He is a Green Belt Six Sigma certified and LEAN Six Sigma trained professional. He has a keen interest in human behavior studies and enjoys playing badminton and tennis in his spare time.
