Catherine Alvey, CPA joined UnisLink in 2021 when she merged Med Associates, a successful RCM company founded in 1988 with UnisLink.
Operating from our Latham, NY, location, she brings extensive industry knowledge to the leadership team.
With over two decades of dedicated leadership in the revenue cycle management (RCM) industry, Cathy has established herself as an expert in optimizing financial processes for healthcare providers. Throughout her career, she has navigated the complexities of healthcare billing, coding, and compliance, delivering innovative solutions that enhance revenue capture and operational efficiency. Cathy’s strategic insights and commitment to excellence have earned her the role of trusted advisor to her clients, guiding and supporting them through the evolving healthcare landscape.
Cathy earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Siena College, her Master of Business Administration from New York State University at Albany, and her CPA license from the New York State Board of Accountancy. She is an active member of Healthcare Business Management Association (HBMA) and volunteers on their Finance committee.
Cathy lives in upstate New York with her husband and three children, where she enjoys outdoor activities with her family, including sports, paddleboarding, and hiking.
