Christine Schuster is a national healthcare leader with over 25 years of experience in strategic planning, financial management, and restructuring for both for-profit and non-profit organizations.
Currently, Chris serves as President and CEO of Emerson Health, a $420M health system affiliated with MassGeneralBrigham. Under her leadership, Emerson Health has significantly improved its financial and operating performance, while earning recognition as a Leapfrog Top General Hospital.
Chris has also held leadership positions as President and CEO of Quincy Medical Center and Chief Operating Officer of the Tenet St. Vincent Healthcare System, Post-Acute Division. She is a frequent industry speaker and has been recognized by Boston Magazine as one of Boston’s Most Influential Bostonians.
