Deepthi Uppalapati

Deepthi Uppalapati joined Unislink as Head of Human Resources in May 2024 and leads the company’s people strategy across India and the United States. With nearly two decades of HR leadership experience, she partners with business leaders to build high-performing teams and create a workplace where people and business grow together.

Throughout her career, Deepthi has helped organizations navigate periods of rapid growth, expansion, and transformation. She has built HR teams from the ground up, established Global Capability Centres (GCCs), led cross-border HR operations, and played a key role in mergers, organizational restructuring, and workforce planning. Her strengths lie in developing people strategies that drive business performance. From organizational design and leadership hiring to talent development, workforce planning, performance management, employee experience, and change leadership, she focuses on building agile, high-performing organizations that are prepared for the future.

Before joining Unislink, Deepthi held senior HR leadership positions with companies like WebPT, GeBBS Healthcare Solutions, Nimble, Pinata Solutions and IKYA Global. Across these organizations, she earned a reputation for building practical, business-focused HR functions that enable sustainable growth while strengthening organizational culture.

Deepthi’s approach to HR is rooted in the belief that people are at the heart of every successful business. She works closely with leaders to build capable teams, strengthen organizational culture, and develop talent that enables the business to grow with confidence and purpose.

She holds an MBA from Osmania University and a Master’s in Integrated Marketing & Communications from Nazareth College, New York.
